Got its non-Pro v4 a few days ago. Nice. Now, waiting for Pro. Is that still coming this week? Is it being reviewed by Apple right now?

The update itself, as far as I know, is done. All that's left is the review, and that'll take however long it takes Apple to review it (and if changes need to be made).
