AdGuard Pro iOS - DNS and TV apps

Hi.

I realised that when the DNS option is enabled in iOS Adguard Pro, all applications related to TV media cannot play shows or live TV.

I have to disable it to make it work.

Is there a workaround solution you can work on as I wish to keep the DNS because it works very well to stop ads on other apps?

Oh, maybe I've misread it, do you mean streaming like chromecast and such, or you mean that some particular apps are broken?

If it is latter, please tell me which apps exactly are affected.

Hi. No issues with other VPN.

As mentioned in my message I am talking about iOS (iPhone or iPad) TV applications such as NBC ou BFMBUSINESS TV.

I do not know about Chromecast or Android apps.

@Bruno could you please collect a log and send it to us? To do so, enable logging in Adguard settings, browse the problematic pages for a while, then disable logging and send a message to support. You will receive an automatic reply with your user ID - let us know of it so we could find your logs.

I launched NBC app and I tried to watch a show on my iPhone. Then I send a message through the Adguard app with the logs attached.

Let me know if it is ok.
