AdGuard Pro iOS Filtering Question

So there seems to be a lot of posts on this and some confusion since there is a lot of overlap.

In the iOS PRO edition, we have Content Filtering (for Safari Browsing) and DNS Filtering (System-Wide). Just trying to understand if both are required for some reason.

My questions are as follows:
  1. Since there are duplicate filter lists that span both content filtering and DNS filtering, would just enabling DNS filtering with a particular list be sufficient enough, and content filtering can be completely disabled altogether since there is no need for it since DNS filtering is all I require?
  2. If the answer to question 1 is YES, should I just configure a single DNS Filtering list from OISD.NL located here https://abp.oisd.nl/ (AdGuard Compatible Version?) This seems to be the most recommended and comprehensive since it includes every filter list possible combined into one (including all the AdGuard filters). Is there another list that is better? Maybe AdGuard's own SDNS Filter?
  3. If the answer to question 1 is NO. Then does it make sense to enable the OSID for DNS level filtering (to cover system wide) and only enable Content Filters for Safari that are NOT included in the OSID filter (if there are any) to avoid duplication of rules?
