Adguard Protection and Slow Issues

Hi,

I've been having some issues with Adguard since I started using it. The problem is that when Adguard starts with Windows, the protection is not enabled, and I have to completely exit Adguard and start it again in order for the protection to kick in.

The second issue is that Adguard seems to be slowing down the majority of websites, with Facebook being the most affected. I'm not sure what the exact numbers are, but it's noticeable.

Would anyone be able to help me to resolve these two issues permanently?
