Adguard v1.5.8 best for high sierra and 19.95 for good, kindly confirm

Hi, I can't look everything up as much as I should, could somebody kindly confirm v1.5.8 is the right thing for high sierra, and 19.95 is for good? it would be just for CNN on safari, thanks
