    Hello Adguard Team,

I know that Adguard updates itself by it's program Update Settings, either by
silent automatic updates or use beta channel for updates.

So when I mentioned "Policy" in my threads title I'm asking for more information actually.
When a new "stable release" matures from beta testing, where is it delivered to first, as
(pictured on the Globe) - what continents, countries actually gets their updates delivered
    to them first?

I'm also wondering if it's possible to receive an email notification of the new statble
release. Possibly done through a ticker box within the programs settings or here in our
profiles page somewhere, offer a ticker box to check for an email to news of a new statble
    release.

Would this be possible? or does it even matter cause once a new stable release is out,
it's delivered to everybody with a license within 48 hours or less.
If this is not the case, and takes a much longer time period, then an email would be appreated.
Would an email notification system cause Adguard's servers to stress if everybody was to hit
it about the same time? I'm so looking forward to a stable 6.1 Adguard...

    Thanks,
    Gass

It is available for all Adguard users at the same time, no matter what continent you are on or what country you are from.

Doubt about that, but for big releases we usually post a new blog article, and you can subscribe to our blog (spoiler: very soon there will be a new, modernized Adguard blog - don't forget to check it out).

This is a good to know, Thanks.

You know it's been some time since I did go to the Adguard Blog. If I'm remembering right, back then one could make a comment there but, you had to signup to do so and it wasn't with Adguard you sign-up with (disqus comes to mind). Anyway may of been some other name, I wondered then - why I just couldn't use my Adguard login details to comment.

    NOTE: doing a search I found - https://web.archive.org/web/20131109001618/http://adguard.com/en/blog/?p=46
which does mention "We were unable to load Disqus. If you are a moderator..." Fall of 2013

I do remember wanting to comment there at the Blog when I had read - "Google Removes Adguard App From Google Play"
    https://blog.adguard.com/en/google-removes-adguard-android-app-google-play/ 26 November 2014
It does mention Disqus in the Comments section.
    NOTE: see - http://www.androidpolice.com/2016/0...ll-those-ad-blocking-web-browsers-apparently/
For current news on the same old theme with a twist.

Anyway - Is this the new Adguard Blog showing at this address - https://blog.adguard.com/en/
I don't see how to sign-up to subscribe to it. Maybe it's to early yet as your spoiler does mention "very soon".

I'm interested anyway in subscribing to it for news facts as they arrive about Adguard.
Comments could be offered there at the Adguard's Blog or not, as the Adguard's Forums would be a better place for these Comment to/about articles in the AG Blog - if Adguard Team could add a section for Adguard's Blog in AG Forums.
It could tie together members comments of both in one place.

Thanks for the information and the spoiler, Vasily.

You don't have to comment on any articles or even read them - you can just subscribe to blog as a way to make sure you never miss major Adguard updates.

    Yes, it is.

You can subscribe by email here: https://blog.adguard.com/en/subscribe/

This is an amusing idea, but I think there is simply no need for it. Forum and Blog serve for different purposes, and not everyone reading blog is interested in visiting forum, and vice versa.

I somewhat understand this answer but, the one common factor is [ADGUARD], the vice versa is a good example in half, as Forum readers can be interested in news articles offered in the blog. The forum members may not want to subscribe (myself also) to the Blog.
Still in all - then we'd miss this news included of the Blog. What I propose is having Blog's titles listed here on the members Forum in an area suited proper with very brief recaps of this information, inspiring us forum members to venture over to the Blog and read more indepth of an articles news .

    Thanks, Gass :)

This might work. I need to think this over.

No hurry - if you do decide, then when it's most convent for you. (if there is a slow time of the year for you)
-One other ideal is something like a scrolling banner on the main page of the forums site / shooting blog titles across it ?
[I see an stable Adguard 6.1 is released now - COOL:)]
    Thanks, Gass
