Is there a way to deal with it? Is it a problem with HTTPS?
What version of AdGuard is installed? Try with Nightly build and check. Also, switch between WFP/TDI driver (AdGuard - settings - network - use WFP driver).
i use adg 6.4.1814.4903,and wfp driver
Can I suggest adding a new feature that excludes scans?
Do not scan IDM OR BT OR other download software specified by yourself
You can decide which application should be filtered by AdGuard from Settings menu. AdGuard can't "scan" files that you are downloading or downloaded already. As mentioned before, try to turn off WFP driver.
Improved, but not completely resolved
I have a norton security and malwarebytes (Premium), but they didn't use the CPU when downloading.
