AG v.5.10.1199.6229 context menu problem

Just updated to v.5.10.1199.6229 and immediately found a problem. Right clicking on the AG icon on the Windows taskbar causes the menu to popup on my second monitor. I had this problem months ago which was eventually fixed. My guess it's caused by the fix for the tooltip position problem?

Also when doing an update from the context menu the message appears on my second monitor.

We have not changed it so that's weird. I'll review the code and return.
