Already Installed

Hi, I have a strange problem, I think I uninstalled adguard and I can't install it now, it shows that it is already installed, I deleted the adguard folder from every possible place, from temp etc, how to fix it, is there any cmd command to uninstall it? It's not in revo uninstaller, cleaner, control panel, anywhere, I can't reinstall it
