You'd have to report the issue to Reek, assuming he's willing to hear bug reports regarding IE11. Honestly, I'd consider userscript support in IE very experimental at best - it's known to not support a wide range of userscripts with only a handful with official support like YouTube Center. Anti-Adblock Killer is known to cause other issues with IE11, e.g. freshhh's issues with some sites. Reason being Internet Explorer doesn't support what's required for most scripts to work correctly.
I'd recommend not using IE when using userscripts like Anti-Adblock Killer due to incompatibilities.
