Apps doesn't show videos

Hello

I have got issues with videos.

Bein Sports TR and Ensonhaber.com apps doesn't show videos when adguard is on. How can we make them work again ?

Yep, you could try.

Some apps use HTTPS to transfer data. And this data can be blocked without enabling HTTPS filtering.

Do not forget to check HTTPS filtering setting in Apps Management tool in all apps you wish to filter.

Didn't help at all mate. Still not showing videos on apps.

Any more suggest?

Maybe this happens because advertisements are shown before the actual video starts. I know this behavior from the german "TV-Spielfilm" App. It is impossible here to view any film trailer with Adguard enabled.

Yeah ads always starts first on those apps.
