Can be user filters useful to block various popups, cookies and other annoying elements from the web pages? Also, could they increase the speed of navigation, or slow it down?
In case any of you are using them with satisfaction, can you tell me which ones you think are the best?

User filters are extremely useful, I quite often come across sites that have been missed, which is where targetting a specific as/popup comes in handy.
It won't be slowing down your experience, it'll be speeding it up as you'll be loading less items essentially.

I have about 90 User Filters currently. Mostly cosmetic improvements to the sites i use the most, i.e Reddit and XDA. Any Element i find ugly, annoying or unnecessary is gone in a heartbeat.

Couldn't live without that option personally.
