AT&T S6 Active outgoing calls/texts blocked when not on Wi-Fi

I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S6 Active and installed Adguard since there's no root yet. At home on Wi-Fi, everything worked fine and I was happy. However today when I was out just on standard LTE data network, I noticed I couldn't send texts or make calls when Adguard was enabled. I could receive texts, just not send. Not sure about receiving calls. I assume this applied for mms as well but didn't test. I also got a couple of duplicate/oddly timed texts, but not 100% sure it was related to Adguard.

I've seen in previous release notes that this was marked as fixed. I'm using the latest 2.1.240.

Hello and sorry for the delay!

I thought we have fixed that issue in the latest stable release:

I guess in your case we could not properly detect that you are an AT&T user and that's why the fix we've applied did not work for you.

Could you please collect debug logs for us so we can fix this too?

Also I think there is a way to handle this issue until we release an update.
1. Go to Adguard's Advanced Settings
2. Select "Low level settings" there
3. Turn on "pref.vpn.ipv6.bypass"

Changing those settings does unblock the sending of messages, but also lets many ads through.

Could you please also collect the log with "pref.vpn.ipv6.bypass" turned on?
I understand that it will let some ads (in fact everything loaded from IPv6 domains), but I don't get why it does not help with SMS and phone calls.
