Auto Correct / remove junk extras from Advert click through links

I am not even sure if this would be possible. But if you do not ask you do not get.

On many websites, when you click a link to innocent things. They have all of these advert revenue additions added to the links; tradedouble/ anrdoezrsm and the like.

So what happens is when you click the link you get a page up saying "Problem loading Page, and "Unable To connect". As in Adguard is blocking you visiting the page due to the revenue click through.

Is there anyway, you could possibly automatically shorten out the link and remove those advert addon urls and just leave the eventual url.

So for example. On Hotukdeals right now there is a deal for Xbox games on Microsofts site. But if I click the link to the game I get a cannot display page. And URL saying

Code:
https://clkuk.tradedoubler.com/click?p(266696)a(1018132)g(0)epi(05009g4epe7u)url(https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/p/500-neverwinter-zen/bpprt7nd5ksk)

Is there no way you could find a way to auto fix the link so you just get the actual final microsoft URL and go to it (or does anyone know of an extention for firefox that will do this and remove the junk from these URL's automatically and let you go to the final page).

Don't think so easily possible since you click on a link (https://www.hotukdeals.com/visit/threaddesc/2829285/15654534) which gets redirected to http://hotukdeals.digidip.net/visit?url=https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/p/500-neverwinterzen/bpprt7nd5ksk&ppref=https://www.hotukdeals.com&ref=1362898003

When removing the first part, rebuilding the %3A etc. and removing the end at &ppref it mayh work, but as the request is done to digidip.net I think not possible, but let's wait for a filter dev or @avatar.
