Bbc videos won't play

With adguard enable, none of the videos on bbc.com play. Here's an example url:

Carmen Hernandez was given a standing ovation as she left hospital in Colombia.

I've tried making whitelist rules for bbc.com/news/av/ but apparently I'm doing something wrong. It works fine with adguard disabled. Any ideas? Thank you!!

Even with all filters disabled (but adguard enabled), it doesn't work. Here's a screenshot of the filters. I have to completely disable adguard for it to play.

Is DNS/Stealth mode active?

No. I had to go into menu>settings>dns filtering>dns request blocking and *disable* adguard dns filtering. With that disabled, it now works. Thanks

You are welcome. Pleased enable DNS back to system standard and then add the following rule to DNS user filter and then try again:

@@||bbc.gscontxt.net^

Rule looks safe for DNS filter imho as it includes BBC in its address.

Thanks, it worked for me, too! I thought it was because of proxy issues (I'm in Russia, and needed to "be" in Britain to watch the videos), but that was the reason.
