DNS filtering is enabled. I don't know where to acquire logs for it though.
It looks like i may have (embarrassingly) had AdGuard turned off when I got the ads. I'll continue monitoring, but this may be a case of user error. Thank you for the response!

Home screen, swipe left, Google feed.
I am seeing ads that look like cards.
I use adguard dns and have most apps running through adguard.
Could there be a setting I am missing or is it not possible to block ads in the feed. I am able to block ads even in the most stubborn apps but this one is stumping me a bit.
