block custom cursor

Hi.
is there anyway to block custum cursor from all website?
for example block specfic file extension like .cur from all website

I believe that, it is within the browser custom userlist it is written like this is > ||www.*.cur^$important < and the dns blocklist it is written like this is > ||*.cur^$important < so any website or domain site with the (whatever.names.cur) at the end of the web domain site will be blocked.
