Block Twitter Recommendations

Hi guys,

I wonder is it possible to permanently ban Twitter's recommendation box, usually appearing after first or second twit on a main page. I am able to block it using AdGuard's "Right Click > Block Ads on this page" and selecting whole box, initially it works but after a while those annoying recommendations reappears.

After blocking my user filter lines looks like this:

twitter.com###stream-item-tweet-943829886136913920 > div.tweet.js-stream-tweet.js-actionable-tweet.js-profile-popup-actionable.dismissible-content.original-tweet.js-original-tweet.promoted-tweet.has-cards.cards-forward.presented.scribed > div.content:last-child

twitter.com###stream-item-tweet-943829886136913920 > div.tweet.js-stream-tweet.js-actionable-tweet.js-profile-popup-actionable.dismissible-content.original-tweet.js-original-tweet.promoted-tweet.has-cards.cards-forward.presented.scribed

twitter.com###page-container > div.dashboard.dashboard-right:nth-child(3) > div.module.wtf-module.js-wtf-module.roaming-module.has-content:first-child > div.flex-module:first-child

As I see, Twitter is changing numbers in a code, I have highlighted them in red, could I use some wildcard here?

EDIT: I just see number is the same, any idea how this can be done permanently?

Here's another example, one of their "Promoted" tweet specials, very annoying, this time, number is different:

twitter.com###stream-item-tweet-867320607662370816 > div.tweet.js-stream-tweet.js-actionable-tweet.js-profile-popup-actionable.dismissible-content.original-tweet.js-original-tweet.promoted-tweet.has-cards.cards-forward.presented.scribed

What filter lists do you have enabled? I can see there's rules for blocking suggested tweets in the English filter.

Also, I have the following rules in my user filter to help clean everything else up;

Code:
twitter.com##.Footer-adsModule
twitter.com##li[class*="moments js-moments-tab"]
twitter.com##div[class*="WhoToFollow"]
twitter.com##li[data-component-context*="suggest_who_to_follow"]
twitter.com##li[class*="js-stream-item"][class*="has-recap"]
twitter.com##div[class*="LiveVideoHomePageModule"]
twitter.com##div[class="js-prompt-layout-content"]

Thanks for reply Berry, I have all filters enabled, including English filter. I will now add those suggested as user filters and post back with results...

So far so good! I even managed to kill all except what is important with

twitter.com##div[class*="flex-module"]
