[bug] Outlook does not download attachments

Outlook does not download attachments when Adguard is enabled on Android. Account type is IMAP.

Adguard version: 3.1.0 beta
OS version: Android 9
Filters: Default
HTTPS filtering: on

On step 3/8 on the report form, it only allows URL. I need to write the app name there.

It seems cannot be fixed by filters. Moved to https://github.com/AdguardTeam/CoreLibs/issues/1032
