Can we add our own lists?

Is it possible for us to add or own lists to the app? For example, if I wanted to add MVPS HOSTS.

No, that's not yet possible.

Also there will be an issue with content blocker length limit if you add MVPS hosts.
You see, Safari does not allow to have more than 50k rules in a content blocker, and MVPS alone is bigger than that.
