Cannot Enable Anti-phishing Module Filters

In the Adguard section(Adguard Anti-phishing) of the anti-phishing module both the "Phishing sites filter" and the "Malicious sites filter" cannot be enabled. In the Google section(Google Safe Browsing) only the "Malicious sites filter" is enabled and is the only control in the entire anti-phishing module that can be enabled or disabled. The "Phishing sites filter" cannot be enabled.

This is known bug, they could be enabled from context menu (right click on Adguard tray icon).
Will be fixed in todays release.
