Can't block contents the from network

I would like to block adult websites from the network. I have adGuard Home installed in a Raspberry pi and I replace my Netgear modem/router C6300's DNS with adGuard's address. I added one of the adult websites in custom filtering rules but the website is not getting blocked from the network. Only it's blocked in my laptop where I ssh my pi and access adGuard's UI. I also enabled TikTok from the Blocked service list to be blocked but it's only blocked on my laptop, when I check it from my phone and other devices these contents are not blocked. I can't figure it out. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for your help.

My understanding is that if your Raspberry pi is connected to your router you should not configure DNS on it because it will not be associated to the same device. You will need to configure your Raspberry Pi as a distinct device in your AdGuard DNS account.

I'm not sure I understood properly. However, I followed someone's instructions from youtube. He was saying add adguard's address as DNS in the router in order to block the ads. I might didn't understand. I installed AdGuard in Pi and IP 192.168.0.21 got assigned to the device and I reserved IP for raspberry pi from my router. Can you please explain how can I make it work? I'm attaching my router and adguard's screenshot.
Appreciate your help.

Yes, you have to use the IP from setup guide on your router - 192.168.0.21
And setup this IP on another devices in your LAN (they may use differend dns).

I also think that you need to configure the Raspberry Pi! I read a lot of information here and here they write about these features! And maybe it's in the api and the router, as our support says))))

Alex, I added the 192.168.0.21 in the router where I replaced DNS. The devices connected to router have the same DNS 192.168.0.21. The weird thing is that it's blocking contents only for one device. The only difference is that I have RHEL8 installed with GUI on that laptop. I have a work laptop with windows OS, I have my kids' tablets and my phone and contents are not getting blocked in these devices.
Another weird thing it did is that blocked my kid's school's Chromebook. I mean internet didn't work till I had to change DNS to actual DNS from that device in order to connect it to the internet.

Billy, I was following Adguard home's instructions, they just mentioned replacing the DNS in order to make it work. Do you have any url with Pi's configuration information? I couldn't find anything. Thanks

It's not detecting the DNS, it says it's not running. What's happening? The Adguard home server is up, I can access adguard dashboard from gui. What configuration am I missing?

adguard dns adresini modem dns girdim tüm ağ baglı cihazlarda reklam cıkmıyor :)
selcuk I guess it's blocking the ad that's what the dashboard says. However, I'm trying to block adult content such porn websites and some social media apps such as TikTok, etc.

selçuk galiba reklamı engelliyor panoda öyle yazıyor. Ancak porno siteleri ve TikTok gibi bazı sosyal medya uygulamaları gibi boyutlara yönelik içeriği engellemeye çalışıyor.

evet

premium üye olun sabit Adguard dns kullanın o zaman kısıtlı sürümünüzün farkını anlayacaksınız

Please check with AdGuard upstream on that devices if AdGuard DNS is detected
Today I'm checking it's not blocking content on any device. I'm not sure it happened because of the update or if it was never blocked. I was getting popups today about the adguard update and I updated it. Now I'm checking the contents in my Linux server are not blocked. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Which browser and how you setup DNS?
Hi Alex, I'm using Firefox, but I just tested with chrome I got same not running message when I tested it. I replaced my router's DNS with adguard's address. AdGuard IP address is 192.168.0.21 and I also reserved the IP for Raspberry Pi from my router. Attaching the screenshots of adguard and router. Thanks

is anyone has any idea how to fix this? I noticed it's not blocking ads on my iPhone. When I checked I noticed the actual DNS and adguard's address that I added to my router. I changed DNS from automatic to manual and entered Aduard's address in my iPhone's DNS, but the internet didn't work. Can someone please let me know if this doesn't work I'll return the Raspberry Pi. I bought Raspberry Pi just for AdGuard to block ads and some content. Thanks

First, make sure that AdGuard Home addresses are set "almost everywhere" where it needs to be.
Then, if your interenet is likely down\not working, probably you should set up your DCHP in your router.

If it's fine, but DNS remains "dead" on a particular device, e.g. device uses a wrong one, for example. Then you need to make sure that no other options, apps like VPN, ad blockers and etc aren't overwrite DNS settings in the first place. Even your browser settings overwrite DNS that comes from your routers. Which is likely your case. In iOS and Mac's cases, Apple Private Relay may cause instability so its need to be removed\disabled in order to use your custom DNS addresses.

DHCP is already set up in my router I can see starting IP is 192.168.0.20 and the ending is 254.
Apple private relay is only available with icloud+ and I don't have that service. When I checked my setting there wasn't any private relay.
If I change iphone's DNS to 8.8.8.8 it works fine, however, it's not working with adguard's address.
