Hi,

Yesterday I renew my subscription for 2 years because the lastest stable version fixed my problems with your VPN and this morning I start my computer and AdGuard VPN application on Windows 10 Pro x64 21H2 ask me to login, it's weird but why not.

I put my login and password and my 2FA code and the application stay loading indefinitly on this page (see screenshot).

I uninstalled the application, reboot the computer and reinstall the application (v1.2) but it's the same.

I don't have any problem to login on the website and in AdGuard (no VPN) application and in 2 apps on iOS.

Same problem on the 2nd computer at home (v1.1.1).

Can you help me ?

Regards,

I noticed that the "adguardvpn" URL Scheme points to this tool called "Adguard.Vpn.Tools.exe" which receives a /customProtocol command.

But this executable does not have this command. It seems to only have /drv_install and /drv_uninstall.

Seems like a bug to me.

I hope AdGuard team will fix it soon.

Other little problem, 1.2 version and 2.0.0(16) iOS version of VPN aren't visible on the licence list on AdGuard account, I Saw this after the 1st problem but maybe they are linked. No problem for AdGuard ads blocker.

In fact "adguardvpn" URL Scheme originally points to the tool "AdguardVpn.Tools.exe" (differs from mentioned one with dot absence between "Adguard" and "Vpn"). Could you please specify where you get this cmd output? Have you launched it manually? Could you please also send the screen for the "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/adguardVpn" hive in the registry

@Aydin logs sent!

@kavabanga, sir, you're 100% correct. The fact there's two with almost identical names got me confused. On HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT the one specified is the "AdguardVpn.Tools.exe" as you mentioned. Sorry for that.

@kavabanga forgot to answer this question. Yeah, I got the output by executing it manually via CMD. The string sent to the shell is logged on browser inspector.

We have made changes in the release version of AdGuard VPN for Windows 1.2 . Please check that there are no more login problems.

Can you install the release version? Just to make sure that login problem has gone.
As for empty license list I'll check the issue, will keep you update

Hey. Just keeping up you all posted. Since yesterday, the application just started automatically, and recognized my unlimited license.

Didn't even got the chance to install the different build.

Don't know what happened. But everything works as expected now.

Cheers!
