Check for Filter Updates being blocked by ZScaler proxy

On my work computer we have a proxy installed called ZScaler which blocks URLs and IPs that my company doesn't recognize. I noticed that when I click the menubar icon for AdGuard for Safari, it says it's unable to update filters. When I run this on my personal Mac, it always works. This leads me to believe ZScaler is blocking the request for updates.

What url/port/IP address does the menubar app need to be able to access? I can request that my company whitelists it.
