Recently a conflict with Privacy Badger cropped up on Windows 10 Evaluation copy Build 17713 rs5 release 180706-1551 on Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit). Adguard 2.9.2

    The message as follows:

"This extension failed to modify the request header "Referer" of a network request because the modification conflicted with another extension (Privacy Badger)."

Exceptions for each program were entered in their respective 'disable' sections. Yet the message continues.

In reading another thread from January of 2017 about this conflict it appears at that time this error did not have an impact on the performance of Adguard. Is that still the case?

This is what happens when you use two extensions that do the same thing(s)... or attempt to at least. In this case, whichever extension does it faster is the one that 'wins' and that warning is popped up. Usually its harmless, but I personally wouldn't recommend using two similar extensions that do the same thing if those warnings keep popping up.
