Connection Error

Just installed adguard. Cannot get past the connection error when clicking on the adguard icon. No reply from customer service yet. Indications are that I have to enable something in network settings. Any help appreciated.

what happens when you click connect ?
Adguard relies on a service for filtration therefore could you verify that the service is running by typing in services.msc in the run dialog(windows key + r) and looking at the status of Adguard Service. if it is stopped right click on it and select start.
