There Is An Impostor In The Chrome Web Store!
AdGuard: Free Ad Blocker For Chrome

Their first infraction is using an adBlock image. Secondly, they use adGuard in the extension
title and throughout the Overview. Thirdly, they have ripped an image right off adGuard (see the
third selectable image on Overview page).
I believe adGuard has a valid legal concern (i.e. copyright or trademark) and if they would like to
request the removal of the extension, they can use the online notification form.
