Desktop Client Won't Reactivate

I had to toggle off my client to access a website that was getting blocked, and when I came back and went to toggle it back on as I have done many times before, this time it hung for a few min, then toggled back off. I've tried completely shutting down the client and restarting but the same error keeps occurring, so I assume something has corrupted but I don't know where it's cache is located to delete it. At least I assume that is the problem, if anyone knows what I should do I sure would appreciate the assistance.

So no one has any suggestions as to what I can try to get my client switched back on huh? Bummer, I really thought it might be trivial but the award silence here is starting to make me think again. Sure hope my ticket gets picked up soon, I feel rather exposed with this service shutdown. This is easily the longest I've been without my adguard for years.
