What’s the difference between AdGuard (which I subscribe to) AdGuard Pro (which costs $14 just for the app) and AdGuard VPN? And why is “AdGuard” developed by “Performix” when the VPN product is developed by “AdGuard Software”? What’s the difference between the two companiels?

1) AdGuard Pro is a full version without limitations. Adguard is basically about trial version for people who just want to try it. It doesn't support DNS filtering but if you buy a subscription it becomes the same as AdGuard Pro.
2) We are stuck with Performix until Apple come up with the solution or change the rules. Apple's guidelines have a constrain for transferring the app to another dev account:
"No version of the app can use an iCloud entitlement."
