Disabling AdGuard terminates downloads in progress

Hi,

If I have downloads in progress in my web browser, and if I go to the system tray, right-click the AdGuard icon and disable it temporarily, this aborts my downloads in progress in my web browser... Maybe there's a way to modify AdGuard's design and source code so that a future version doesn't cause this unwanted behavior...

The download is routed through AdGuard and when you disable AdGuard it aborts it.
