All live Youtube streams are blocked, also comments are disabled for all videos. This is too much restrictions for my needs. I just want bad and porn sites blocked and safesearch enabled. I want Youtube without any restrictions. Is this possible?. Can you add new DNS servers with Youtube's restricted mode disabled?

AdGuard Family DNS includes a SafeBrowsing feature. We will send a request to Youtube for them to activate Parental control.
The settings are then applied by Youtube itself.
According to their policy, comments and stream may be potentially dangerous for children. So they are blocked.
There's nothing we can do about it on our side.

ِThere is other DNS provider have 3 free policies. One of them is blocking malware+porn+have safesearch enabled, but Youtube has no restrictions.
The other policy block the above+ Youtube's restricted mode is enabled.
Adguard can do the same and have low, mid and high protection levels.

Cleanbrowsing have 3 filter policies: security, adult, and family.

Looks like you are using the AdGuard Family DNS server or Parental control feature.
To unlock the content you specified you need to disable these settings.
