DNS not working when on T-Mobile network

I have this same issue pop up recently. Been using the vpn for years with no problems but now I have to disable it to access internet/data.

Same problem here on T-mobile. I tried all kinds of different settings in Adguard and Chrome but there seems to be a structural problem with DNS lookups on the T-Mobile network. It renders Adguard quite useless unfortunately.
