DNS Protection Breaking Website

I would like to report a website not working fully when DNS Protection is enabled.

For example, when I go on here: https://www.athabascau.ca/syllabi/acct/acct250.html with DNS Protection enabled, the content section text at the bottom half of the page does not load. This happens with all of the course pages.

Looks like site problem as courses are only loading here without AdGuard:

I manually tried disabling/enabling each filter on adguard, as well as the other protection settings. I narrowed it down to the DNS Protection setting, using the Adguard DNS server. After switching the server to Cloudflare, I have no more issues. I wonder if one of the filtering rules used by the Adguard DNS server is not playing nice with the website elements, or a possible bug.
