The app should use some resources because it performs some activity (a few percents in fact).

Chances are you have an app in the background looping requests which are being blocked by AG for Android, which can cause battery drain issues. You can try opening up the filtering log in AG for Android to see if that's indeed the case.

Try what I said above, open the filtering log to see if there's an app looping requests which are being blocked. You'll have to whitelist the request(s) to get the looping the stop.

I see a little extra battery usage using AdGuard, but nothing drastic ( maybe ~5% per day........)
