I figured this one out and posting to help others who may use Adguard and Dunkin' app. Their latest version of the app changed the way they login and noticed I couldn't log into the app at all while Adguard was running. I would get unknown errors, bad login attempts, etc.
If you go into Adguard's App Management - App Details for Dunkin' app, turn OFF HTTPS filtering. That allowed the app to accept login connections and everything appears to be working correctly. I didnt see a post about this so I apologize if this is duplicated or "common knowledge." Just figured I would pass along the information.
