Enabling Malware Domains Blocklist filter in case DNS-over-HTTPS is activated

Hi, I recently came across the following article
https://www.zdnet.com/article/dns-over-https-will-eventually-roll-out-in-all-major-browsers-despite-isp-opposition/

and explicitly enabled DNS-over-HTTPS in Chrome.

I also have in Chrome the Adguard extension that offers a number of filters, some employed by default, others need manual activation.
At the moment the Malware Domains Blocklist in Security section is not active. So I am wondering whether I need to activate it now, given the fact DNS resolution has changed.

I also have Yandex Family filter enabled on my home router, which I believe must be inclusive of most of the entries from Malware Domains Blocklist if not the whole list.
Do I still need activating the Malware Domains Blocklist in Adguard extension?

Thanks.
