Filter Issues on Mobile [iOS/Android]

@avatar I have noticed that some filters are not working for websites such as the ones that use "Recommended by Colombia" ads: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/4787

Example:
I am seeing the Colombia ads on http://m.timesofindia.com on iOS & Android.

While the above ads should be blocked by these filters in the English filter list:

timesofindia.com##style[type="text/css"] + div[class]:not([id]):not([style]):not([class*=" "])

They are not getting blocked for some reason. This happens on both iOS and Android.

Another Example:
A shopping widget is displayed on http://m.gadgetsnow.com.

This should also be hidden by this filter in the English filter list but again isn't for some reason:

m.gadgetsnow.com##.shopping_wdgt

||reddit.com/api/request_promo.json

It stops mobile ads on the reddit website. Please add it to the optimised list.
