"Filter update error" when manually updating in Adguard Pro in iPhones.

Hello,

How come manually updating in Adguard Pro, in my two different iPhones, shows "Filter update error" a lot. The error comes up right after the bottom "Content blockers are being updated". Once in a while, it will update or show no updates. This in both of my iPhones (12 mini and 6 + with their latest versions).

Hello. Would you please send your logs to support@adguard.com?

Here is an instruction:

  1. In AdGuard head to SettingsGeneral
  2. Enable Advanced mode and go to Advanced settings
  3. Enable Debug logs
  4. Reproduce the issue and remember the time when it happened
  5. Head back to SettingsSupportExport logs, send them our way and tell the time the issue happened
  6. Set the logging level back to Default

I had the same problem as you and I had, turn off everything in adguard, and in the system settings too, rebooted all of the iPhones, and turned everything back to the way it was, after that

I did that before, but the problem returns again after a while. :(

Well, I don't have an answer for you for that, because I don't get the error message on any of the iphones for some time now, and all of the information I had gotten comes from the adguard support team that I had reported to them a while ago.

Hello, i have the same problem with AdGuard Pro. Instruction from post #2 helps only for a while. After day or two issue's back.

They are, AdGuard Support Team is working on this, and there’s no set date or time frame for this issue to be fixed soon, this came from the AG Support Team in the last email reply I had received. There are many other Adguard users having this same issue.

I hope but it takes so long lime. I have this issue since i bought an app. It is annoying
