I keep getting this error on filter update http://screencast.com/t/MSZb29io
Confirmed, must be some sort of issue.
An error when I'm trying to check for filters and program updates. No issues when checking extension updates
Update server must be down.
Yep, must be. I'm getting the same here.
Been down 13 hours for me Hope it gets fixed soon...
Looks like it's working again. My AG just updated.
Yup, same here!
I am sorry for the delay, we've been trying to get updates server up all night long and after it I need some time to sleep.
What can I say - testing new cache on production servers was really, really bad idea.
Facing the same error since a couple of hours
It is temporary. Will be ok in 30 minutes.
Yup, working right. I thought something was wrong with installation, so had uninstalled and reinstalled until I came to this forum
No, our servers were down for a moment.
Still can not update filters this morning, are your servers down?
No, everything i ok today.
Could you please check if adtidy.org is available for you.
Maybe there is a connectivity issue.
I will check it later, in office now. Thank you for your response, really appreciate it!!
adtidy.org works for me, but still can not update the filters.
Basic info. of my computer:
Windows 8.1 pro 64bit, KIS 2015, Cyberghost 5 VPN, Adgurad 5.10 on free trail.
My guess it's the VPN. What anti-virus software are you running, if any?
I'm running Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 on my computer. I turned the VPN off, still can not update the filters.
Odd, I just updated the filters just fine.
