Filter Update Error

Confirmed, must be some sort of issue.

An error when I'm trying to check for filters and program updates. No issues when checking extension updates

Hello guys!

I am sorry for the delay, we've been trying to get updates server up all night long and after it I need some time to sleep.

What can I say - testing new cache on production servers was really, really bad idea.

Yup, working right. I thought something was wrong with installation, so had uninstalled and reinstalled until I came to this forum

No, everything i ok today.
Could you please check if adtidy.org is available for you.
Maybe there is a connectivity issue.

adtidy.org works for me, but still can not update the filters.

Basic info. of my computer:

Windows 8.1 pro 64bit, KIS 2015, Cyberghost 5 VPN, Adgurad 5.10 on free trail.

My guess it's the VPN. What anti-virus software are you running, if any?

I'm running Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 on my computer. I turned the VPN off, still can not update the filters.

Odd, I just updated the filters just fine.
