Filtering Log shortcut in AdGuard dropdown menu

I'd like to request a shortcut to the filtering log to the main Adguard dropdown menu when clicking on the icon (above the Adguard settings option). When clicking on this option, it should open the filtering log in a new tab.

Thoughts?

Filtering log is a temporary solution so we just don't want to show it to all users like this.

Wait until we make it nice and useful
