First video in playlists not loading with AdGuard enabled

I haven't used my pc in a few weeks because I was moving, but when I got it loaded up today I noticed that when I tried to play my usual playlist, it would not load the first video I chose (whether it was through shuffle, manually selecting a song, or pressing 'play all'). I tried playing the exact same playlist with adguard disabled and the glitch was gone. Is this because of a new update to youtube/adguard? How do I prevent this glitch?

I have the self-promotion filter and anti-phishing enabled as well as the adguard base filter and the language specific spanish/portugese, Russian, french, Korean, Japanese, german and chinese filters.
