I'd like to block all pages that end with .xxx and .sex domain.
    How would I do that?

This probably blocks ads or what? I'm unsure.

But apparently it doesn't block page on that domain from opening.

Basically, what happens to me is when I go on one page, that page automatically opens another one,
    - instead of popup, there's a new tab with content from that domain. I want to block it from loading at all.
