How to only block annoying ad's and pop ups?

Hello,


How can I setup Ad Guard so it only blocks annoying ad's and pop ups?

I do not want or need Ad Guard to block entire web sites and giving me a warning messages that the following website may not be safe.

All I want from Ad Guard is for it to block all kinds of annoying ad's and pop ups

Can this be done?

Do you use Adguard's extension or windows version?

In case of extension - disable "Phishing and malware protection" module in Adguard's settings.
In case of windows program - disable "Browsing security" module and also uncheck "Inform about website reputation" option.

I use Windows version and Firefox extension.

Is it ok to use both?

Yes, you can use both. However when Adguard for Windows is running, the browser extensions automatically won't filter sites - they'll become basically a replacement for the Adguard Assistant.

That's right you actually told me this a while ago in another thread.

I don't like the Adguard Assistant showing on all web sites so that's why I disabled it and now also have been using the Firefox extension along with Adguard windows version.

I just wish the Firefox extension had the option do not block for for 30 seconds like the Adguard Assistant has. But Avatar did say in another post that they maybe could add it to the right click menu for the Adguard Firefox extension someday.
