How to remove specific tags from URLs provided by Google's search links?

Hello. I have a very annoying problem that till this moment I couldn't solve. When I search a music album from Deezer on Google Search, it always redirects with an URL like the one below:

Jota Quest (Ao Vivo)

Jota Quest - album - 2003 - 18 songs

www.deezer.com

Is there a way to avoid the "?autoplay=true" from being written? Thank you and sorry for bad english!
