Since using Adguard I now see on so many web sites messages about why I should allow cookies.

Is there anyway to stop this?

Why does Adguard block cookies and is there a setting to turn the blocking off for cookies in Adguard? And if I do turn it off what would the side affects be if any?

Here is an example web site with the cookie warning message.

    Thanks

Hi I can't speak for all the other sites butas the owner of Raven Radio I can say that the cookie notice is not related to AdGuard we are required by law to show a cookie notice on our site, to let people know the site uses cookies. Hope this Helps gate

    Hi Raven,

Yes that does help as far as your site goes but I wonder if this is the same for all other sites too.

By the way Raven Radio is the best! :)

    Thanks for the info.

Protection -> Ad blocker -> Add filter subscriptions -> Tick Fanboy's Annoyances.
Note: it also includes Fanboy's social blocking list

Buuu's suggestion is the best, alternatively add them to your user filters as some will be missed by fanboy depending on what the site owner has called the cookie notice
