Code:
millantix.blogspot.de,millantix.blogspot.com##.entry-content > b
millantix.blogspot.de,millantix.blogspot.com#%#AG_onLoad(function() { setTimeout(function() {document.getElementsByClassName('entry-content')[0].innerHTML = document.getElementsByClassName('entry-content')[0].innerHTML.replace('????','');}, 300); });
millantix.blogspot.de,millantix.blogspot.com###HTML4
||castalba.tv/s.js
||castalba.tv/*.php?ash=
The code removes those ???? when executed in Console, but strangely not when I let it execute via Adguard (even with a very high timeout). But the site throws a lot of errors in Console view :(

Nope, there are no $replace rules in that list.
I thought this was a replace rule:
millantix.blogspot.de,millantix.blogspot.com#%#AG_onLoad(function() { setTimeout(function() {document.getElementsByClassName('entry-content')[0].innerHTML = document.getElementsByClassName('entry-content')[0].innerHTML.replace('????','');}, 300); });

Have you disabled the cache before checking it?
What exact rule are you testing?
Yes, I did.

Just a simple one:
$replace=/prin/test/,important

And their domain at the start.

Hmm, yep, now it works.

Code:
millantix.blogspot.de,millantix.blogspot.com,millantix.blogspot.com.au$replace=/\?\?\?\?/ /,important

Try removing the part before your millantix.blogspot.com.au and try again, so it looks like this:

millantix.blogspot.com.au$replace=/\?\?\?\?/ /,important

@avatar
Is $replace only working when only one domain is at the start?
