[-] Important Polish filter addon list

Hello!

I would like to ask about adding Polish filter addon list to default AdGuard filter list included in AdGuard: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/MajkiIT/polish-ads-filter/master/polish-adblock-filters/adblock_ublock.txt

It expands default Polish filter list and it is essential to proper work both of them - in other words they supplement each other...

This list is created by @MajkiIT, creator of the default Polish filter list...

The main difference is how he does the script injections. Adguard was always using a different approach, which, on one hand, gives more freedom to filters authors, but, on the other hand, it is more dangerous. That's why we currently ignore JS rules from third-party filters.

Generally, I like the uBO's declarative approach and we're planning to support "scriptlets" in all Adguard products:
https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/4335

The proposed syntax is not the same as in uBO, but it will allow a seamless uBO <-> AG rules conversion.

@MajkiIT in light of this, it makes sense to wait a bit instead of rewriting the rules as we will anyway support declarative scriptlets.

We create new list to Adguard. It's Adguard supplement to block ads on Polish pages. Rules are only for Adguard. Can you add second list?
