iOS "Mobile Device" License??

Hello,

I purchased an Aguard lifetime license for 2 mobile devices (I have an Android phone and an iPhone). It's installed on the Android fine, but I can't find anywhere to enter the license key in the iOS app. When I click Go Pro it wants me to purchase it AGAIN through the Apple app store. What the heck?!?

Edit: Going back to the Adguard purchase page I can see it now says ANDROID devices but I know when I purchased the key it did not specify, and even in my acct page where it shows my license key info it does not specify they key is Android only - just says "Mobile license for 2 mobile devices License period is unlimited".

How do I get the Pro version of Adguard to work in iOS?

Hello,

That's the AppStore rules, they do not allow using license keys for activating apps in the AppStore.

Here's what should be done:
1. Please contact "support@adguard.com" and get a refund for the license key.
2. They will give you a discount code as an excuse for all this (please link this thread just in case).
3. Get a key for Android and get the "Adguard Pro" version from the AppStore.

Also, I'd like to say sorry for the inconvenience. We are definitely not making it clear enough on the purchase page, that "mobile" license is android only. Could you please tell me which version of the website (mobile or full site) did you use for making the purchase?

Well even I also had this thought as Key can't be used for upgrading Adguard to Adguard Pro incase of Apple

Please update it on buying keys for Adguard for Mobile
In that way people won't get confused

Are we still unable to enter a purchased and enter a license on the adguard app on the iPhone? Seems kind of strange, the license page clearly states Android and iOS..??

Hello there!

Now there is no separation between the mobile version and the iOS version.
You can easily activate AdGuard premium features with your mobile key.

That's great news! Can you please provide instructions to do that, or a link with instructions? I have looked through the app and forums and cannot seem to locate a place to enter a key..

Log into your AdGuard Personal account

Go to the Settings > About > License screen and tap on the Login button there. You'll be asked to enter your AdGuard Personal account credentials. After you do, if you have a valid Premium or Mobile license in your account, it will be used to activate Premium in your AdGuard for iOS app.
