IPv6 questions

I am busy trying out AdGuard 2.7 on my Galaxy s7. I have enabled HTTPS filtering (and installed the certificate).

I am battling to get the filtering to work with IPv6 on my phone. Is IPv6 fully supported for filtering of ads?

I've had a look at the "low level settings" and the only way I can have AdGuard enabled AND use IPv6 is to set the following option:

pref.vpn.ipv6.bypass

This allows me to use IPv6 but doesn't filter ads so when I wacth YouTube videos with the app I get ads.

If I use:

pref.vpn.ipv6.force

then IPv6 stops working (I can only browse with an IPv4 address) but ad filtering works.

So is there a way to use IPv6 with AdGuard AND have ad filtering working at the same time?

Basically, Adguard does filter IPv6 by default, so there should be no issues with it.
And these two options are mostly for solving compatibility issues.

What for Youtube, there're some issues with blocking ads in it.

We've gathered all we know in this post:
https://blog.adguard.com/en/how-to-block-ads-on-youtube-for-android/

pref.vpn.ipv6.force

then IPv6 stops working (I can only browse with an IPv4 address) but ad filtering works.
Are you sure you meant this flag and not "pref.vpn.ipv6.disable"?
How do you check IPv6 connectivity?

Before installing AdGuard, if I browsed a website like http://whatismyv6.com/ then it would show me my IPv6 address of the phone. After installing AdGuard and enabling it and browsing the same website I then only get an IPv4 address. Thats why I started looking through all the IPv6 options in "low level settings".

Is there something I need to do to get IPv6 working correctly?

Ok so I browsed https://ipv6test.google.com with AdGuard disabled and it said: Yes, looks like you're using IPv6 already. When I enabled AdGuard and browse the same website it says: You don't have IPv6.

Not sure if it's relevant but I am using an IPv6 tunnel with Hurricane Electric. All my devices on my LAN have IPv6 addresses and always show and IPv6 address when I browse websites like https://ipv6test.google.com.

The only device I have an issue with is my Android phone with AdGuard enabled.

Is there anything else I can try?
