Is it just impossible to block FB ads?

I use FB Purity, which removes some content from FB but he's slow to update and it often makes FB unusable.

I wonder why I never find an ad blocker that tackles FB. Is it because they change their ad display methods so often, they win the cat and mouse game or is there another reason?

I'm not complaining about Adguard, I'm just genuinely curious as to why a good ad blocking system for FB doesn't seem to exist.

Thanks!

Not seeing an ad on Chrome with latest update. I do not use FF myself, but ads also depends on Facebook's decision to push ads to specific accounts.

Perhaps that's my problem. I guess personalized ads from gathered account info is causing all the ads?

If you could post the ad's code from browser's dev. tools we could check for a way to hide them (incl. path).

Link sadly does not contain the ad itself. Only script and link preload information.

I saved the entire page load. Is there something in particular I should look for in the page to share? Sorry, I'm not quite sure how to find the actual ad code.
